About Jessica Moyer

My work is more than wellness — it’s whole-person transformation.

For over 25 years, I’ve helped thousands of individuals strengthen their bodies, minds, and lives through intentional movement, mindset, and lifestyle change. I’m a TEDx speaker, coach, and author, and the creator of the R.E.A.L. Wellness Framework and the 5 G Mindset. I’m also a John Maxwell Coach, Ziglar Legacy Coach, and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, blending strategy with soul, science with story, and movement with meaning.

But I didn’t learn this work from success alone — I learned it through survival.

I built my life on strength until grief, burnout, illness, and loss reshaped everything. I overcame an eating disorder as a teen, rebuilt my health through hormone imbalance and chronic stress, and learned to advocate for my body when my symptoms were dismissed. I also experienced the kind of heartbreak that rewrites you — the loss of my infant son, two pregnancies, and my father — while raising three children and building a wellness business from the ground up.

Today, I coach from lived experience, not just education.
My story is proof that transformation is possible — and my mission is to help you rise into your healthiest, strongest, most aligned life.
